Known as the City of Gardens, Victoria is the oldest
city in the Pacific Northwest and the capital of British
Columbia. It’s a charming blend of historic British
customs and modern convenience. Chinatown and the
picturesque Inner Harbour offer great sightseeing
opportunities whether you’re walking, taking a “Tally
Ho” horse-drawn carriage or traveling on one of the red
double-decker busses or motor coaches. The city’s outer
harbour services cruise ships and ocean-going vessels.
Attractions:
- The Royal British Columbia Museum boasts
a memorable collection of totem poles, First Nations
artifacts, natural history dioramas and provincial
history displays, as well as an IMAX theatre.

illuminated and take on a fairytale look.

1908, serves afternoon tea (reservations required) while
nearby shops tempt visitors.

kilometres (12 miles) north of the city and offer
